Digital Asset License

Effective and last updated: July 22, 2026

One purchase licenses one purchaser. That purchaser may use the Product across multiple websites the purchaser personally owns or operates, but may not use it for clients or any other person.

1. Scope and acceptance

This License applies to templates, presets, motion graphics, project files, and other downloadable products sold by Know-End unless a product page or included license file clearly states different product-specific terms. By downloading or using a product, you accept this License and our Terms of Use.

“Product” means the source files supplied by Know-End. “End Product” means a finished, customized, rendered, or otherwise incorporated creative work in which the Product is not extractable as a standalone competing asset.

2. License grant

After full payment, Know-End grants one purchaser—either one natural person or one purchasing legal or organizational body—a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable only for breach, non-transferable license to download, modify, and use the Product solely for that purchaser’s own permitted purposes.

The license is royalty-free for permitted use: the purchaser does not owe Know-End additional royalties based on traffic, audience size, advertising spend, or revenue. The purchase does not make the license exclusive and does not transfer copyright or ownership of the Product.

3. Multiple websites owned or operated by the purchaser

The purchaser may use the Product on any number of websites that the same purchaser personally owns or operates. This is not a one-site license.

Permitted use includes the purchaser’s own personal or commercial websites, web pages, interfaces, graphics, media, campaigns, and related finished work. The purchaser may edit supported text, timing, color, layout, effects, footage, images, and other customizable elements for those owned or operated websites.

A website is not treated as the purchaser’s website merely because the purchaser was hired to design, build, manage, host, or maintain it for somebody else.

4. Client, commissioned, and third-party work is prohibited

The Product may not be used in a client project, commissioned project, work made for hire, agency deliverable, or any project created for, delivered to, operated for, or used on behalf of another person or organization.

The purchaser may not use the Product to provide design, development, production, editing, customization, hosting, maintenance, or other services to a client or third party. A client or other person who wants to use the Product must purchase their own license and perform only the uses permitted to that purchaser.

5. Modifications and derivative work

You may modify a Product for a permitted End Product. Your original additions remain yours, but modifying the Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying Product or remove its license restrictions.

A modified template, preset, project file, or asset that remains usable as a substitute for the original Product is not a permitted End Product and may not be sold, shared, or distributed. The Product must be incorporated into a genuinely finished creative work whose primary value comes from the completed production rather than access to the reusable asset.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not:

  • transfer, assign, repost, resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend, share, upload, publish, or give away the Product or its source or editable files, whether unchanged or modified;
  • provide source or editable files to a client, contractor, collaborator, employee of another purchasing body, or any other third party;
  • offer the Product through a stock library, template marketplace, asset bundle, membership, download service, shared drive, repository, or file-sharing network;
  • use the Product or a derivative as a template, preset, source asset, or other item for sale or free distribution;
  • make the Product extractable from an app, website, game, course, project file, or other deliverable;
  • use the Product for a client, customer, commissioned project, agency project, or work created or operated for somebody else;
  • register the Product, or a substantially similar version, as your trademark, design right, copyright, or exclusive property;
  • use the Product to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build a dataset for a generative model or other machine-learning system; or
  • use the Product in unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or privacy-violating material.

7. Third-party content, software, and trademarks

Product previews may show third-party fonts, music, footage, images, logos, plugins, or software interfaces. They are included only when the product page expressly says so. You are responsible for obtaining any separate rights or software needed for your End Product.

Adobe and other product names or trademarks are used solely to describe compatibility. Know-End does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, software, media, or fonts and is not affiliated with their owners unless expressly stated.

8. One purchaser; no sharing or transfer

The license belongs only to the single purchaser identified by the order. If the purchaser is a natural person, no other person may access or use the Product. If the purchaser is one legal or organizational body, use must remain within that same purchasing body and only for websites it owns or operates; the Product may not be passed to clients or unrelated bodies.

The license may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or sublicensed. Contractors, collaborators, agencies, clients, and other third parties may not receive the Product’s source or editable files or use the purchaser’s license.

9. Term and termination

The license continues indefinitely for a valid purchase unless terminated for material breach. If you breach this License and do not cure a curable breach after notice, or if the breach involves intentional redistribution, fraud, or infringement, Know-End may terminate the license and disable associated access.

Upon termination or a full refund, you must stop using the Product and delete all source-file copies under your control. Existing lawfully published End Products may remain in use only if Know-End confirms that continued use does not perpetuate the breach. Ownership, restriction, liability, and enforcement provisions survive termination.

10. Ownership and enforcement

The individual owner and operator of know-end.com, operating under the KNOW-END brand, owns the Product or makes it available under the stated rights. KNOW-END is a brand and storefront; this wording does not represent KNOW-END as a corporation or other separate legal entity. No rights are granted by implication.

We may use reasonable technical and legal measures to protect Products, investigate unauthorized distribution, and enforce this License. This License does not promise that a Product will remain available for future re-download forever. Keep a secure backup without placing it where an unlicensed person can access it.

11. License questions

If your intended use is not clearly covered, ask before distributing the work. Email support@know-end.com with the Product name and a concise description of the project. A permission or exception is valid only when confirmed in writing by Know-End.
