Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: July 14, 2026
This Policy explains when Know-End will replace, restore, or refund a downloadable product and how we assess a request.
1. General policy
Know-End products are intangible digital files. Once a working download has been delivered, the files cannot be physically returned and access cannot reliably be revoked in the way it can for physical goods. Purchases are therefore generally final after delivery.
This rule does not remove your right to receive the product described, and it does not excuse a duplicate charge or a genuine delivery or file defect. We assess the exceptions below fairly and preserve any non-waivable rights that apply to you.
2. When a digital product is delivered
A product is delivered when, after confirmed payment, Know-End sends or makes available a working download link to the email address supplied at checkout. Opening or downloading the file is evidence of access but is not the only evidence of delivery. Provider delivery records, signed-link issuance, and customer correspondence may also be considered.
If you did not receive the email, first check spam and filtering folders and confirm that the checkout email was correct. Contact us promptly; we will verify the order and resend or replace a valid link where possible.
3. Requests eligible for review
We may approve a replacement, restored access, partial refund, or full refund when:
- a download link fails and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time;
- the delivered archive is corrupted, materially incomplete, or cannot be opened using the documented requirements, and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- the delivered item materially differs from the product description or included-files list shown at the time of purchase;
- essential files expressly promised on the product page are missing;
- the same customer was charged more than once for the same intended order; or
- another refund right is required by applicable law.
Where only part of a bundle is defective and the remaining products are usable, an appropriate partial refund or replacement may be offered.
4. Requests generally not eligible
- changing your mind, no longer needing the product, or finding a different product after receiving access;
- software, plugin, font, operating-system, or hardware incompatibility disclosed on the product page;
- lack of the skills, software, plugins, fonts, storage, bandwidth, or production time needed to customize or use the product;
- a request based only on a preview element that the product page did not state was included;
- failure to read the description, license, minimum price, or stated requirements before purchase;
- customer modifications, third-party software changes, or use outside the documentation that damage or alter the files;
- inability to meet a personal or client deadline;
- a request made by someone who cannot reasonably verify the order; or
- an order connected to fraud, unauthorized redistribution, license abuse, or another material breach of our Terms.
5. Duplicate and unauthorized charges
For a suspected duplicate charge, provide both payment references or the dates and amounts shown by your financial institution. A temporary authorization or pending bank hold is not always a completed duplicate charge; we will compare it with the provider’s settled payment records.
If you believe your payment method was used without permission, contact your financial institution immediately and notify us. We may ask the payment provider to investigate and may restrict related download links while the transaction is reviewed.
6. How to request a review
Email support@know-end.com from the address used at checkout. Include:
- the order or payment reference;
- the product name;
- the purchase date and charged amount;
- a precise description of the issue;
- the relevant software and version; and
- screenshots, error messages, or a short screen recording when useful.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem. Delay may make it harder to reproduce an issue or confirm the product version delivered. Never email full card details, passwords, or private keys.
7. How we assess and resolve requests
We verify the payment, delivery history, product version, product-page description at the time of purchase, documented requirements, and evidence supplied. We may ask you to try a reasonable diagnostic step or provide additional information necessary to reproduce the problem.
Our first remedy is normally to resend the link, restore access, provide the missing or corrected file, or explain a documented compatibility requirement. If the material problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, we will consider a partial or full refund appropriate to the affected portion of the order.
8. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through the payment provider or merchant of record. We do not issue a refund to a different card, account, cryptocurrency address, or third party. The provider may send confirmation directly to you.
After submission, posting time is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution and may vary by country and payment method. Taxes and currency conversion are handled according to provider records and applicable rules. A full refund ends the license for the refunded product; you must stop using and delete its source files. A partial refund affects only the refunded portion identified in the resolution.
9. Chargebacks and payment-provider disputes
Contacting us first often resolves a delivery or billing problem faster. If you open a chargeback or payment-provider dispute, we may provide the provider with relevant order, delivery, communication, and download-access records needed to respond. We may pause a separate refund review while the same transaction is being decided through a formal dispute process to avoid duplicate reimbursement.
10. Mandatory consumer rights
This Policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If the law where you live grants a cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, or refund right for digital content, that law prevails to the extent it applies. Where lawful, requesting immediate digital delivery may affect a statutory withdrawal right once delivery begins.
11. Contact
Refund, delivery, and billing requests must be sent to support@know-end.com. We will acknowledge and investigate requests as promptly as reasonably possible. This Policy should be read with our Terms of Use, License, and Privacy Policy.
